What are your hours?

Do I need an appointment? No appointment is necessary. Simply walk in, sign in, and you’ll be seen promptly by one of our Lindora Health Clinic Medical staff.

Will I be seen by a doctor at Lindora Health Clinic? Lindora Health Clinic is staffed by our Licensed Nurse Practitioners, who have advanced education and clinical training. They are licensed to diagnose and treat a variety of illnesses, acute infections, injuries and chronic conditions. They can also write prescriptions.

What are your fees for services? Our services for wellness range from $25-$95.

Do you accept health insurance? We can provide you with a detailed superbill that includes all the information you’ll need to submit to your insurance carrier.

What forms of payment do you accept? Lindora Health Clinic accepts cash and credit/debit cards.

What age groups do you treat? We treat patients ages five and older (for weight loss, we treat ages 7 and older). If you have a child younger than age five who needs medical attention, please contact your pediatrician or visit an urgent care facility.

Can I get prescriptions from your Nurse Practitioner if I need one? Yes. Our Nurse Practioners can gladly write you a prescription if needed.

Can I get a referral to a specialist if I need one? We do not refer patients to specialists, however, if you need specialized care or care outside of our range of services, we suggest you contact your primary care physician or visit an urgent care facility. |
